CA Shafi Siddiqui is a practising Chartered Accountant with over 13 years of professional experience in audit, taxation, regulatory compliance, litigation support and financial advisory services. Since qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 2012, he has been assisting businesses, promoters, developers and entrepreneurs in navigating complex financial, tax and regulatory environments.

With a Chartered Accountancy qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), a Master of Commerce (M.Com.) from the University of Mumbai and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Mumbai, he brings a multidisciplinary approach to business advisory and compliance management.

He has developed significant expertise in the construction, real estate, infrastructure and retail sectors. His practice provides end-to-end solutions across statutory audits, internal audits, information systems (IS) audits, RERA audits, CFO services, financial reporting and risk management, and he regularly advises developers, contractors and real estate enterprises on the Income-tax Act, Goods and Services Tax (GST) and the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act (RERA).

A substantial part of his practice involves representing and assisting clients in litigation, assessments, appeals and regulatory proceedings before Income Tax, GST and RERA authorities — combining technical expertise with commercial understanding to develop practical, sustainable solutions.

Beyond traditional professional services, he assists international businesses and investors in establishing Global Capability Centres (GCCs) and operational setups in India, and provides outsourced finance and accounting management services that help organisations from the United States, the United Kingdom and other jurisdictions build robust accounting, reporting and compliance frameworks through dedicated offshore teams. His core areas also include FEMA and cross-border transaction advisory.
