How we handle the information you share with us.
What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form we collect your name, company name, email address, optional mobile number, the jurisdiction you are interested in and the details you choose to give about your plans.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal and, if you become a client, deliver our services. We do not sell or rent personal data.
How it is processed
Form submissions are relayed to our mailbox by a third-party form service (FormSubmit). This site is hosted by a third-party provider that may log technical data such as IP address and browser type for security. Where our UAE colleagues support your engagement, your details are shared with them for that purpose only.
Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct or erase your personal data at any time by writing to admin@probizsetup.com. We handle personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
